  We unable to get two kittens that we were very interested in. We went to the forest home to see them. The foster carer told us if we went to the shelter the next day and pay for them that they would be ours. When we went to the shelter we were told we got the wrong information and there was a lady interested in one of the kittens and that she had first choice. We were unhappy about the mix message that we had recieved.They were very apologetic and very helpful with other kittens. We now have two beautifully 8 Wk old kittens that we love too bits and are been spoiled rotten. I would tell everyone to go to a RSPCA shelter and adopted a pet.

  Attempted to ring Townsville RSPA to be greeted by a recorded message and the option to leave a message and expect a reply in 48hours, not good enough I expect to talk to someone there and then. Would not recommend your service to any one.
